THE ROLE
As we continue our growth trajectory, Sportsdigita is looked to add an experienced Sales Development Manager to our rapidly expanding team. The Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable prospecting strategy; managing, coaching, and developing SDR teams; and working in conjunction with the Sales Directors and our Marketing team to drive growth and expand our reach into new verticals.
YOUR IMPACT
- Meet and exceed sales development team annual, quarterly, and monthly targets
- Hire and ramp new sales development representatives to maintain and grow headcount required to achieve team revenue targets
- Sustain team morale by creating a motivating, collaborative, and positive culture
- Use available reports and dashboards to inspect activities and pipeline
- Provide timely and accurate forecasting of team performance on annual, quarterly, and monthly basis
- Oversee adoption and utilization of tech stack to ensure maximum team effectiveness and efficiency
- Assist team members as needed on prospect calls
- Meet regularly with leadership and contribute to strategy refinement and ongoing process improvements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 2+ years experience managing business development teams (Experience in SaaS preferred but not required)
- Experience leveraging prospecting tools and platforms (ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator)
- Bring deep understanding of prospecting, cold calling, objection handling and qualifying
- Demonstrated & documented history of leading high performing teams
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate with executive level prospects
