THE ROLE
Sportsdigita is looking to add an experienced leader to our growing Marketing team! The Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for leading the demand generation function, including development and execution of strategy and campaigns that drive pipeline revenue to meet company targets. This person will create, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
YOUR IMPACT
- Forecast, measure, analyze, and report the impact of demand generation campaigns; interpret data to gain insights that then translate into actionable changes
- Identify, develop, and manage the marketing calendar including, but not limited to, campaigns and account-based efforts to drive pipeline generation
- Develop and optimize marketing strategies across key channels: SEO/SEM, Paid social, email, website(s), and third-party opportunities
- Partner with sales and sales operations to track and manage lead flow and increase conversion rates at each stage of marketing and sales engagement
- Develop Account-Based Marketing tactics to drive engagement and high-value accounts
- Develop, coach, and manage a high-performing team of demand generation marketers while building a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement and iteration
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 7-10 years experience leading demand generation and campaign execution
- Extensive demand generation experience in B2B, with expertise in leveraging digital channels to drive lead generation and brand amplification
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant working experience
- Proven track record of increasing and improving existing demand generation strategies
- Self-starter mentality, that can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of tools, processes & reporting
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, PPC, paid social advertising
- Ability to lead and communication cross-functionally with sales and other departments
- Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels. Willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done
